Classroom Instruction:
-Teach agricultural classes tailored to local needs.
-Develop and assess teaching schedules, curriculum, and calendars.
-Organize field trips within and outside the district.
-Source materials for student use (e.g., welding metal, wood).
-Create lesson plans, demonstrations, and teaching aids.
-Guide students in showcasing livestock, crops, and agricultural projects at fairs.
-Act as advisor for the local FFA chapter.
-Support students in coordinating FFA activities at various levels.
-Train FFA and agriculture contest teams.
-Assist students in applying for awards such as proficiency awards and degrees.
-Help students run public relations programs for the local FFA chapter and agriculture department.
