Yuma School District-1 is accepting applications for the position of Dean of Students at Yuma Middle School for the 2025-2026 school year.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Requires a Bachelor's degree with a Colorado Teaching License and successful teaching experience. Colorado Principal License and/or Master's Degree preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Student Behavior Management: Enforcing school policies, addressing disciplinary issues, mediating student conflicts, and implementing interventions for student behavior concerns.

Attendance Monitoring: Tracking student attendance, communicating with parents regarding absences, and implementing strategies to improve attendance.

Student Activities: Overseeing extracurricular activities, clubs, etc.

GRADE LEVEL(S): 5th-8th

YSD-1 offers a competitive salary schedule and benefits package with a 4-day week school calendar (Tuesday through Friday).
