HALF-Time (.5 fte) Math Teacher - High School

At Horizons Exploratory Academy (Alternative High School).

This position requires developing and implementing daily lesson plans based on Colorado state standards. The teacher will observe and evaluate students’ performance, behavior, and social development. The teacher will also instruct students individually and in groups, adapting teaching methods to meet students' varying needs. The position requires planning and conducting activities for a balanced program of instruction for students with diverse backgrounds and abilities.

This position could also include a .5 fte math position at Salida High School for semester one.
