The Upper Rio Grande School District is seeking a dynamic and experienced educational leader to serve as the Del Norte Jr./Sr. High School Principal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for student achievement, effective communication skills, and the ability to engage with the community to enhance the educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership that promotes a positive school culture and climate.
Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with state standards.
Manage school operations, including budgeting, staffing, and scheduling.
Foster professional development opportunities for faculty and staff.
Engage with parents, community members, and stakeholders to support student success.
Implement data-driven strategies to monitor and improve student performance.
Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Colorado Principal License.
Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Principal or Assistant Principal.
Demonstrated success in instructional leadership and staff supervision.
Strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in rural education.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive school community.

Salary and Benefits:
