Elementary/Middle School Nurse Aide

Yuma School District-1 has an immediate opening for a full-time Nurse Aide at Morris Elementary & Yuma Middle School. Working days include all student days (150 per year) and 5 days before school starts. Hours are 7:15 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday through Friday. Responsibilities include working under the direct supervision of the BOCES School Nurse to dispense medications and assist with ill and injured students. The minimum starting pay rate is $15/hour. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Must have a HS diploma or equivalent. Previous experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate. Must obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and complete a Medication Administration course.
